Rainy running
The weather here has been kind of shitey lately, but I really really wanted to get a run in. So, I left work a bit early while things were dryish, got home, changed, and ran for about 15 minutes in … Continue reading
My own music!
Morning runs kill me. Why do they seem so much harder? Anyway, worked again on W6D3. I stopped to stretch my calves after a minute or two of running, which helped a lot with the calf pain! Amazing how that … Continue reading

Quickie morning post… up before the sun today to run. It didn’t quite work out as planned; I was supposed to do a 25-minute W6D3 run and about 14 minutes in I stopped. I wasn’t really sure why I stopped, … Continue reading

She’s got legs!
It’s definitely been worth it. It’s partly the increased feeling of strength and cardiovascular fitness, but more importantly there’s a sense of having set a goal that looks ridiculously impossible– and making steady progress towards it. Continue reading
