Ow.

Quickie morning post… up before the sun today to run.  It didn’t quite work out as planned; I was supposed to do a 25-minute W6D3 run and about 14 minutes in I stopped.  I wasn’t really sure why I stopped, but after a couple minutes of walking it became clear: my left lower calf/ankle hurt like the dickens.  So I hobbled home, and I’ll probably be gimpy all day.

I’m trying to figure it all out, how to listen to my body and still push for more.  I don’t want to get hurt!
