Back in the swing, almost

I guess the week I took off wasn’t very helpful (thanks, ankle).  25 minutes was still tough before, now I’m having a hard time getting the time up again.  Made it 15 minutes before walking, then sprinted up the Hill O’ Doom for penance.  It’s going to take some work, maybe I should backtrack and do intervals again.

After I finished running my sinuses exploded and I got wheezy and my nose ran and I was miserable for the rest of the evening.  Maybe I’m allergic to something out there now.  Reminds me that I should go to the doctor and get a referral to an allergist, I’m tired of living in sinus hell…
