Still no hot water at home this morning, so I availed myself of a morning run and a shower at the gym again today. It was nice but I found out that one of the managers at work also works out in the cardio room at that time so it was a little awkward. He gave me a big thumbs up and a smile when he left though, so it wasn’t too bad!
The runs are getting both easier and harder. I’m hitting 20 minutes fairly easily each time, but stretching beyond that is proving to be tough. I’m debating if I should work on maintaining the time and pushing the speed up, or keep working on running longer. Any ideas?
