Still having shower issues. This is getting frustrating! My gym membership has been worth its weight in gold this past week though, since it’s been my only reliable way of getting clean (save heading over to the SO’s, which doesn’t work on weekdays).
Did a fairly straightforward 20 minutes but managed to go a bit faster this time. It seems like it should be easy to stretch the time or speed but how I feel on any given morning can vary so much, it really makes a difference in what I can handle. Ideally I’d like to run farther/longer, I started training this for a 5k, not 1.5-2 miles. And I’ve been stuck at this time and distance for a bit now, despite working out more regularly. I’m not sure how to push myself a bit farther…
