Running on vacation part 2

We headed back home today, but I managed to squeeze in a quick run before we left the hotel.  Only 15 minutes though, not enough to wear me out but enough to make 5 hours in the car tolerable.

I really do have a lot more endurance and energy than I used to.  Before I’d be worn out and achy-footed after a day of walking around town, but now I’m practically bouncy.  Who knew the side effects of an exercise regimen would be so much fun?
