Happy Monday everyone! Today was the first day in a while that my alarm went off and I said “nooooo I dun wanna” but I got up and packed my bag and went off to the gym anyway. It wasn’t so bad once I got started; another 2 miles today. Looks like I’m going to have to start pushing for 2.5 :) It just takes so long…

My bra chafing is better but I’m getting a blister on the side of my foot now. I guess it’s not surprising that I’m starting to have little nagging issues– welcome to the world of distance running, enjoy your stay.
