Hope everyone had a lovely holiday! I had a fun time seeing my family, it’s always nice. :)
I ran again this morning on my parents’ treadmill. It was fine but there’s something in their basement that blows up my allergies. I was miserable all day on Thursday and today too, nose running and sneezing and tired. So in the interest of the happiness of my sinuses I will sadly skip my Monday run. It’s too bad but I’ll make up for it later. I shall relax and enjoy the rest of my vacation with a happy nose.
