Mid-day rage adjustment

I woke up later than usual this morning and couldn’t work out before work so I brought my stuff in to the office. Around 12:15 my tummy was rumbly and I was very very cranky with work things so I figured it was an excellent time to sneak out and hit the gym. (I am so incredibly lucky to have one on-site!) 2 miles later I feel much improved. I wanted to run for longer but I needed to get back to my desk. Someday I’ll see just how long I can go…
