Back in the weight room today after a hiatus. Luckily I hadn’t lost much– although there was a mixup where I set the inner/outer thigh machine two levels too high by accident and couldn’t figure out why it was so hard. “I could do this last time, why not now??
Waitaminute…” (The outer thigh actually wasn’t too bad at that setting– guess I should crank it up a bit!) And more stretching… so far my legs are okay after my long run yesterday, knock on wood.
Since I started this blog, I’ve followed a format of 1st paragraph: boring workout details to keep myself honest, 2nd paragraph: random deep thoughts or commentary or something else (hopefully) interesting. Lately, though, I haven’t had too many ideas for the 2nd paragraphs (which is the interesting part!) Is there any question that you folks out in cyberspace want me to answer? :)
