Long run this morning: 4 miles. It’s been a while since I did that, but it turned out okay. It takes so long though; including the walking warmup and cooldown I was on that treadmill for 50 minutes. (And I got to my desk later than I’d like…) But it felt good; at the end of it I was worn out but not exhausted. Now I’m anxiously awaiting lunch so I can refuel.
So I have this thing hosted on wordpress.com and I suppose it must display ads? I use a good adblocker in my browser so I hardly ever see them anywhere at all. If you see ads on my blog, what do they say? (I can only imagine the stuff that comes up, given what I talk about…)
Running While Fat 
I don’t see ads on this blog ever, I don’t think. I’m just running the standard Firefox and see ads on other sites, so I don’t think it would be blocking them here.
