Oh no! I forgot to blog my workout this morning. I suppose I can sneak it in before midnight and still get credit. J was feeling better so we went to lift weights. Nothing exciting, but I did replace the hamstring and quad curls with some time on the leg press– works the same muscles and glutes too! Buns of steel, heh.
Still trying to work out that calf cramp– I stretched it and gave it a good go-over with the foam roller, and this evening my partner spent some time massaging it. Those cramps are stubborn! It’s throwing my entire leg out of alignment.
