Filling in the blanks

I’ve been cramming activity in wherever it fits yesterday and today: I’m still having enough breathing and sinus problems that I don’t feel up to a run, but I fit some YouTube yoga in both days (cutting off shivasana because I was in a rush and people were coming over). I’m getting used to that practice and really enjoying it– especially the way the vinyasa works to stretch out the backs of my legs. Yesterday I managed a really nice half-moon with my hand on the floor– in class we always used a block– and today I tried to use a block and the whole pose fell apart. Hmmm.

Maybe tomorrow I’ll feel up to a little run. That would be nice…
