My lifting routine’s gotten a bit… stale, maybe. I’m not seeing the kind of results I used to. Time to change it up!
I was excited, however, to bump up the weight on my bench press and the incline tricep press– to 2×8@105lb and 2×15@75lb, respectively. I added some crunches with a medicine ball on the stability ball, plus some tricep extensions and oblique twists. And calf raises on the leg press, which I’m pretty sure are going to hobble me tomorrow based on the amount of burning my legs were doing.
Some good stretching and foam rollering, and that’s a workout!
