Do you have days where you’re a seething ball of rage for no good reason? I do! (Well, actually I can pinpoint some reasons for my rage, but that’s outside the scope of this blog.) So, I figured going to the gym would help. I think it did, but I might have reduced the elliptical machine to a smoking heap of slag in the process… oops. (I didn’t actually break it. Sheesh. Hyperbole!)
Since I’m not going to be able to make yoga class today (grumble) I did some on my own. Midway through, a gym staff came into the room to clean off mats, which sort of inspired me to work a little harder at it and do some more challenging poses. Bring in an observer, and suddenly I feel like I ought to be Yoga Journal-quality. Bleh.
