Olympic inspiration

The Olympics were on the TVs in the cardio room today, so I watched the cross country part of the Nordic Combined event while I ran my 3 miles on the treadmill. I ran my butt off watching those guys! Who wants to say "oh no I am going too fast I am le tired" while skiers are pushing their bodies to superhuman levels in front of them? I ran that 3 miles in just under 35 minutes– I just kept turning the treadmill up.

Tomorrow is a rest day. I’m looking forward to it; I’m not sore but my feet are sort of bugging me. (Like they do.) So maybe tomorrow I can relax and let them relax too.
