Quickest workout ever

No one respects my gym time when they schedule meetings. Today I had to go to the gym early and keep it quite short to fit it into my day– I only had about 30 minutes to do my thing. Today, that meant 15 minutes of upper body lifts (basically one set of the good stuff) and 15 minutes of nice yogas. Quick but effective!

And now, back to work…

  1. At least you actually did something! Sometimes I will just complain that I don’t have enough time and end up doing nothing! Good for you!
