No workout today: taking a proper rest day for all my parts. But I just wanted to mention that I slept by myself in the spare room and slept LIKE A BOSS. My partner hates it but I can’t deny that I sleep better when he’s not next to me. (I bet he sleeps better too, when I’m not there tossing and turning.)
I even have proof– check out this sleep app report! I hardly stirred at all and woke up so rested.
I felt terrible yesterday… I missed a step on the train and fell and bashed my forearm, and felt lightheaded and weird all day. I feel much better after a solid night of sleep.
