It’s a workout.

Since I have the day off today and the weather is so nice, I swapped today’s 3 miler with Friday’s 5 miler so I could avoid doing that 5 on the treadmill. The plan didn’t exactly work out though; 5 mile run turned into 6.5 mile walk/run. Apparently I can’t math today, and I screwed up my route and got lost. Plus I was really tired and my guts are still staging a coup. Anyway, whatevs, it’s a workout and it’s done.

Looking forward to a recovery day tomorrow and a shorter run on Friday before a 7 miler on Saturday. Isn’t it time for the damn race already? 2 more weeks…
