Work, gym, sleep, repeat

Today’s workout was a butt-kicker! I started off with a basic heavy lifting session (2×10 squats, OHP, rows, bench, biceps/triceps, and farmer’s walk) and then tacked on 2 miles fast running (22:28). Did I mention this was all fasted? (My day started at 5am, after working 14 hours the day before… and I haven’t had time to eat yet.) I’m finally eating breakfast now…

This week is just nuts. I wish I had something more thoughtful or exciting to write about, but I don’t have a lot of brain cycles to spare at the moment. At least I made it to the gym.
