Chill yoga

Today is a yoga day! I took about an hour, turned down the lights, turned on a super-chill New Age for Yoga playlist (Amazon Prime music is pretty good for these kinds of playlists, who knew) and spent some time moving and stretching and breathing. I visited some poses I don’t get to very often like Eagle and Dolphin and Camel. It was a good time.

Quad stretches like Camel and Bridge (I know, it’s not technically a quad stretch, but it always gets them anyway) were pulling on my knees– my IT bands must be really tight. (This also tells me that I need to work on my alignment in Camel…)

Gotta pack up tonight! Tomorrow early (the shuttle gets here at 5am :( ) we take off for a little vacation. Imma get my dive on, visit my billion relatives in Florida, maybe get a run or two in the nice weather, and hopefully it should be a nice time.
