Scattered yoga

I did go to the gym this morning (I guess that’s when I know the habit is ingrained– I still go on "off" days?) and the plan was to do some yoga to help stretch out the backs of my legs and settle my brain.

Yesterday: my calves are sore! let’s do some good-mornings anyway
Today: well, I certainly f’d up my entire posterior chain, didn’t I?

I managed half of what I set out to accomplish; the stretch was good but I couldn’t quiet my brain. I’m not in a really bad mood or anything, but I’m vaguely overwhelmed with everything going on, and overwhelmed is not my favorite place to be.

Ah well, today I’ll just have to do the best that I can with the confetti brain that I have…
