Well, at least for this week I feel Officially Back To Running, wrapping my fourth run of the week up: 3 miles in about 35 minutes. No walk breaks today, and no burning feet thank goodness. I felt good and strong and fast again, which was nice. I’m slightly worried about the abrupt jump in mileage, but hopefully my legs can handle it (it’s definitely not the first time!) Maybe it’s the nice weather that’s motivating me to run?
Life might be a little hectic in the next days/week. We’re having people over tomorrow, and then on Sunday we’re headed into town for a museum exhibit, and I’m heading out early Monday for a meeting so I have to fit my prep for the upcoming week (i.e. laundry) in at some point. And then the workweek is going to be a mad sprint before I take off for Hawaii.
But right now, at least, it’s Friday and that feels good :)
