Mini workout

Short day today since we’re running off to the music festival that starts tonight. However, about a billion things have come up at work today that all need to get taken care of before I leave in ~2 hours. Great.

Still, I went to the gym for a quick bench/upper session and 15 minutes on the elliptical. This weekend is going to be lots of sitting and drinking beer and I’d rather go into it not feeling totally loafy.

Bench – 2x5x135lb, 5x140lb, (5,3)x145lb, 1x155lb
Accessory biceps, triceps, OHP, one-armed BO row

I went for 2 at 155lb this time (with a spot from helpful gym staff) but it didn’t happen, only one. I’m still happy with one. Next week, 160? Eep.
