Right, I did a workout this morning! It’s 3pm and I’ve forgotten that I was going to write about it real quick. Gotta love these kinds of days.
Anyway, it was mostly lifting: 3 times around an upper circuit (10x bench, biceps, triceps, OHP) and then some posterior work (deadlift, RDL, back extension, lat PD, cable wood chop). And 15 minutes on the elliptical. Very exciting.
My cube neighbor has been farting all afternoon. I do not appreciate it.
