(said in zombie voice, arms raised, shambling)

I was on vacation from Friday until yesterday and, as far as exercise goes, I did absolutely nothing. As far as not-exercise, the trip was packed with activity– we barely had a moment to ourselves the four days. Now I need a vacation to recover from my vacation– but it was good to see everyone while we were there.

Since I didn’t do much the last few days, I was enthusiastic to get back to the gym today. After my workout though– not so much enthusiasm. I hit it pretty hard and have wobble legs. There was some guy in the weight room squatting like a billion pounds so I felt inspired.

Squat – 2x5x135lb, 3x5x145lb
Leg press – 3x10x250lb
Step-up – 3x10x25lb each hand, each side
Barbell lunge – 3x10x45lb
Cable woodchop – 2x10x60, each side

Now I’m back at the office and I have so many things to catch up on…
