Inverted day

Usually I go to the gym in the morning. It’s a habit. But not today, my schedule was all messed up again so I wound up going after work, at 5pm. The weight room was jam packed with people! I couldn’t wait around to rest, and I got through my workout quickly. I’d set up a step for step-ups against the side of the room and I came back to it after my leg presses and some guy was just sitting on it, chilling. So I asked him, “You using that step?” It’s not a chair, bro.

  • Squat – 5x135lb, 5x155lb, 2x5x145lb
  • Leg press – 3x10x250lb on sled
  • Step-up – 3x10x25lb each hand, each side
  • Lunge – 3x10x45lb
  • + some bonus ellipticaling

Then I got in the car and drove home with noodle legs. I’m so glad I take the train to work, traffic is butts.
