It’s a busy day at work, but I fit in a trip to the gym to hit the weight room because it is an Important Priority. Or rather, because I had a strong feeling that moving heavy objects would relieve a good deal of my stress and crankiness. (Whatever. I’ll claim the first and get the Healthy Halo. See that golden glow?)
Going to the weight room these days is kind of depressing, actually. I’d made a lot of progress but after cutting back to one day of lifting a week it’s mostly gone. Oh well, there’s no use thinking about it really; I’ll just have to make a strong commitment to it after next week.
I’m definitely looking forward to doing more than the bare minimum of lifting!
