At home in the cold today, so I was stuck with dancey game. I’ve cleared out another block of songs so it’s time to start a new one.
I realized that my annual keeping-myself-honest 5k is coming up at the beginning of April, so if I want to train for it I need to start soon. I usually use an 8-week program, so I need to be running all of February and March. And since I’ll be running 5 days a week lifting is right out. I guess I’ll finish up this stage of NRoL4W and then get started.
I shouldn’t be starting training with an unhappy foot, though. Argh.
